Refund Policy – Early Pick-Up
 

At The Royal Kitty Inn, we understand that plans can change. If you decide to pick up your cat earlier than the scheduled departure date, please note the following:
 

🐾 Early Pick-Up Policy:

• If you pick up your cat before the scheduled check-out date, no refunds or credits will be issued for the unused nights.

• This is because we reserve your cat’s suite exclusively for them, and may have turned away other guests based on your reservation.
   

💡 Need to Modify Your Booking?

If you know in advance that your cat’s stay will be shorter, please let us know at least 48 hours before the new check-out time, and we’ll do our best to adjust your reservation. Refunds or credits in these cases may be offered at our discretion.
